Lesson observation and resultant training

Classroom observation can be an important tool in raising standards through supporting practitioners in sharing and developing their skills and so improving outcomes for learners.

English Credo’s approach to lesson observation is a developmental one where we observe lessons which can highlight areas for improvement and then we follow this up with the appropriate training.

This includes a 45 minute lesson observation and 15 minutes of verbal feedback plus a written report.
